Ele-FUN-FUN-FUN... she is so cute!!! This is the first time I made a fondant animal, and it was actually pretty do-able. I made a time-lapse video, but the angle is not so great. I'll post it anyway, once I can get it off my phone... somehow. It is such a darling cake, with the punches of dark pink flowers on a light dusty rose pink ruffle buttercream over a strawberry cake, and a sweet blushing baby elephant, sitting right on top. I hope you like it as much as I do! APRIL 21, 2015 UPDATE: Here is the video as promised! :) The angle is not so great, but you get the idea. Hi! My name is Olaf, and I like warm hugs! Becca turned 7! She designed her cake last year, the Squiggly Heart Cake, and I got to design her cake this year! And I'm really proud of myself for making Olaf. He's standing on edge, and his arms and hair were made with fondant! I tried to do it with chocolate first, but then it got droopy... but it all worked out. And, I got the best compliment!
