Baby Elephant

This 2 tiered baby elephant cake for a baby shower THE MOST last minute cake I've ever done! Does it mean that the order came in last minute, and I pulled it together? Of course not. I had plenty of time, almost a month in fact. But there I was, dotting the eyes (see what I did there?) of the elephants at the bottom of the cake in literally the absolute last minute before I had to leave.

Thank goodness everything came together in the end!
